GURU PURNIMA ASSEMBLY

As we celebrate Guru Purnima, the students of DPS Vapi took this moment to recognize the extraordinary influence that the teachers have in their lives. Assembly emphasized on the importance of Guru Purnima, a day dedicated to showing gratitude to teachers and mentors.
The assembly started with a soulful rendition of a traditional prayer, "Guru Vandana," performed by the school choir, setting a serene tone for the celebration. A short skit was performed by students, depicting a traditional story or a scenario emphasizing the guru’s role in nurturing knowledge and moral values. The skit was well-received and effectively conveyed the message of the day.
A troupe of students from class IV A presented a semi-classical dance performance dedicated to the revered teachers, illustrating the reverence and respect for the teaching profession through expressive dance. Teachers were honoured by students in recognition of their hard work and dedication.
The Guru Purnima assembly was a heartfelt celebration, emphasizing the importance of showing respect and gratitude to teachers. The various performances provided a platform for students to express their appreciation and admiration for their mentors. The occasion was efficacious in fostering a deeper understanding of the values associated with Guru Purnima and reinforcing the teacher-student bond.
